Central Spay Neuter and Wellness Clinic is a companion animal sterilization regionally recognized veterinary practice that focuses on high-volume, high-quality, low-cost . Our staff is comprised of talented and dedicated surgeons and support personnel who are all committed to the task of reducing the number of homeless animals in our local communities through spaying and neutering.

Our facility opened in 2004 and since that time we have been performing an average 8000 spay and neuter surgeries per year for companion animals in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. We are privileged to work with a wide variety of shelters, humane societies, and other animal welfare organizations across numerous counties. Without their tireless efforts to sterilize animals, we would not be able to manage nearly the volume of surgery that is needed in our area. Our clinic however is also open to anyone from the general public who is seeking sterilization, vaccination or wellness services for their pets.

Our facility has over 5000 square feet of space with a state of the art operating arena, surgical preparation room and kennel areas for up to 80 animals.

We provide transport services for a number of area groups using one of our two vehicles to pick up as many as forty pets from individual shelters or rescue organizations. We bring them to our facility and return them spayed or neutered the following morning after a night of post surgical recovery. This service can also be utilized by local neighborhood groups or businesses that want to offer the convenience to their employees of our pick up and delivery services for a minimum group of fifteen animals.
